a. Account Information

• We collect your email address to authenticate your account using a magic link.

b. Event and Question Data

• Users can create events and add questions, which are stored securely in our database.
• Question details, including their names and answers, are encrypted on the client side before being stored in Supabase.

c. Usage Information

• We collect non-personal data such as theme preferences (dark or light) and notification settings.
• This data is stored only on the mobile phone's cache/data and is not stored in our database.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate users and provide secure access to their data.
• To store and manage events, questions, and answers securely.
• To send event reminders via notifications (if enabled by the user).

3. Data Storage and Security

• Our Supabase database is hosted in Central EU (Frankfurt) on AWS.
• SSL enforcement and network restrictions enhance security.

4. User Control and Choices

• Users can enable or disable notifications at any time.
• Users can add events to their mobile calendar but cannot delete them through application.
• Users can delete their account, and all related data will be deleted immediately.

Recapso is a personal project operated by an individual, not a legal entity or organization. The service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, with no guarantees of uninterrupted availability or error-free functionality.
