Thank you for using Recapso ("App"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the App. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

  • The App is provided for personal use only.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
  • You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login credentials.
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account.

3. User Content

  • You retain ownership of the content you create within the App, including events and questions.
  • By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process your content solely to provide the service.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

4. Data Privacy

  • We collect and process personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
  • You acknowledge that encrypted data related to questions is stored securely in Supabase.
  • We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. App Availability and Modifications

  • The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free functionality, or continued availability.
  • We may update, modify, or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
  • We do not assume responsibility for data loss, security breaches, or service interruptions.

7. Termination

  • You may stop using the App at any time.
  • We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms.
  • Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
